We stayed without electricity for one night, didn't get any refund. They arranged another apartment after a lot of discussion. Although when we arrived the staff was polite when we faced the electricity thw behaviour was unacceptable. Location is perfect but after this expererience i dont recommend it
The interior is great. Very new, modern, with a small kitchen. The location within the city is very good. But: It is a typical Code-Number -Keybox appartment. -Terrible. I hate these. The owner is not on site, I received only a standard text, the code was not sent, telephone calls are answered by a mailbox. Only after numerous pointless calls and trying to reach somebody, finally got inside the building after 3/4 h in the cold, completely busting our evening program. The building and the stairwell are creepy. Nice: There is a Whirlpool, but pointless: Only ice-cold water comes from the tap. TV without internet connection. The sheets had long, black hairs on them. the same hairs in the bathroom and in the kitchen. A bedside table with one leg broken. I do not recommend.

Just a little annoying that there was no window. Staff was super friendly and helpful
Everything was fine. The Location was Great Only 5 minutes Away from monastiraki Metro Station. But the Room had some issues. I didn’t Like the fridge. İt was very loud at night. I couldn’t sleep well, so I plugged it out. Second was the bathroom, I thought the fan did not work properly during the shower. So it was kind of steamy. Lastly, the toilet seat was not right on the toilet. But these were minor issues.
A light bulb was blinking in the bathroom, better to check. Coffee machine was not working properly, a service check can be good.
