Great location and beautiful room. I was a little frustrated with the air conditioning instructions-perhaps written instead of verbal instructions would have helped. Otherwise a great experience

Demy (staff) is very accommodating and friendly. She assisted us with all of our needs which made it easier for us to explore the city. Arrangement of Transportation/taxi was excellent too. Highly commendable! Hotel is very nice, clean & quiet. Thank you Demy.

1) Disappointed no phone in room 2) No desk coverage after 4pm to cover during emergency 3) Only one chair in room 4) No draws or place to hang clothes 5) No “real” space to open suitcases, considering no draws or space to hang clothes 6)Lack of counter space in bathroom 7)No hand towel 8) Insufficient bath towels 9) Vivanna & Demi were very good when there 10) The 2 Georgie’s were good
